I named my business Bella Persona because I truly believe we all have our own unique kind of beauty, and I want to help people look and feel their confident best.
My journey started with my very first facial back in 2001. I honestly don’t remember anything specific about the service itself - I don’t even think we talked that much - but I will never forget how I felt afterward. I was unexpectedly emotional, almost as if she held my heart in her hands. Even after being a massage student years earlier, I had never experienced that level of care.
That moment was more than a treatment. It was an experience, and it stayed with me. It changed the entire course of my life. I knew right then that I needed to change careers so I could give others that same sense of comfort, presence, and care that I received.
All these years later, that feeling is still what drives me. Being an esthetician is deeply personal and intimate work. Doing it well means being fully present, blending skill with passion, and making every guest feel heard, understood, and validated.
I’m lucky - I’ve found where I’m meant to be. And I truly love what I do.

Alli Ahern is a seasoned nurse practitioner with experience in injectables, laser treatments, and plastic surgery, combining medical expertise with a passion for helping patients look and feel their best.
She is dedicated to delivering natural, confidence-boosting results and creating a personalized experience for every patient.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their two boys, Jack and Mike.
